Zach Harvey

Zach Harvey joined the Creative Technology OPS (formerly Bulow OPS) team in 2012 as the Managing CPO of Bulow Orthotic Prosthetic Solutions (Bulow OPS) in Denver, CO. Zach received his BS/BA degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He then went on to earn his BS from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and become a Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist.

Prior to joining Bulow, Zach was the Chief Prosthetist for seven years at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in the Washington, D.C. metro area, where he was afforded the opportunity to work with hundreds of wounded service members who constantly pushed him to find new solutions for complex problems. Zach worked for Hanger Prosthetics & Orthotics for six years prior to joining Walter Reed.

Zach has served as an Adjunct Professor in George Washington University’s physical therapy program and authored multiple textbook chapters and journal publications addressing topics related to prosthetics and orthotics and other orthopedic rehabilitation issues. He has taken time throughout his career to volunteer and travel internationally to provide patient care and caregiver training. In 2008, Zach was recognized by President George W. Bush in a speech at the White House for his extensive volunteer efforts.

Zach is married to Emily Harvey, para triathlete and co-founder of lim359, an activities based amputee support group. He has a strong interest in adaptive sports and in creating new solutions to enable persons with disabilities to engage in athletic activities without limitations.
